This depends solely on your health and fitness goals! Whether it be cardiovascular, strength, or endurance training (etc), I will cater each and every session to you. We will go over any likes/dislikes, as well as your training style to ensure each session will benefit you and be filled with the exercises/equipment that maximize your training.
You do not have to be a member to train with me at Plus Fitness North Richmond! You can also train with me at my home gym.

Cancelling or rescheduling a session is absolutely fine, I am very understanding of the fact that life can get in the way sometimes! Please just be aware that any appointment cancellations/reschedules need to be done 24 hours or more PRIOR to your session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will not be given a refund. Reschedules on short notice may be given only if the new session time is to take place in the same week of the session you are missing and is subject to trainer availability.

At Plus Fitness North Richmond, the youngest Personal Training client I can work with is 8. Although, I am qualified and insured to work with children of all ages.
